Music Service Questionnaire

We are collecting schools views on the music service and possible future developments. We would very much like your input. This will be used to feedback to the DCSF through our SEF and as a way of shaping the service to fit schools needs. I very much hope you can find time to respond by downloading the form and sending a paper copy back or by filling it in online and emailing to countyhall.music@northyorks.gov.uk The closing date for returns is 31st March.
